GEOS-Chem

The GEOS-Chem (Goddard Earth Observing System coupled with Chemistry) chemical transport model is an open-source model, which can be freely downloaded from http://acmg.seas.harvard.edu/geos/.

CAM-Chem

The NCAR (National Center for Atmospheric Research) CAM6-Chem (Community Atmosphere Model coupled Chemistry, version 6) within the Community Earth System Model version 2 is a global chemistry-climate model, which is also free for community use. You can download the code from https://www.cesm.ucar.edu/models/cesm2/atmosphere/.

WRF-Chem

The Weather Research and Forecasting model coupled with Chemistry (WRF-Chem) can be run at the horizontal resolution of 4km x 4km over a regional domain. The source code of WRF-Chem can be downloaded from https://ruc.noaa.gov/wrf/wrf-chem/.

STILT Model

The Stochastic Time-Inverted Lagrangian Transport (STILT) model is a Lagrangian particle dispersion model, which can be used to capture the upwind footprints at the receptor site. It can be used to optimize greenhouse gas emissions, such carbon dioxide and methane. An example of the application can be found in Huang et al. (2019).
